What are the costs for returning?
The return costs are at your own expense and depend on the destination country to which you need to return the Milk & Go.
How long may I try out a Milk & Go?
You can use the Milk & Go at no additional cost for 20 days after receiving your package.
How easy is it to replace the battery?
Replacing the battery is very easy. This can also be found in the manual.

Turn off the Milk & Go.

Loosen the black screws on the back of the Milk & Go.

Remove the cover and replace the two D-cell batteries.

Reattach the cover with the screws to ensure a dust and splash-proof device.

Turn the Milk & Go back on and hang it back on your milking robot.
How often should I replace my batteries?
It is recommended to replace the two 1.5V D-cell batteries every two years.
Is it possible to get a different bracket?
